Enterprise Application Specialist
Under the supervision of the Manager, Enterprise Application Development, the Enterprise Application Specialist is part of the Information Technology team and supports efficient, transparent, and compliant management of records and information through Southwestern’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution (Perceptive Content). This position is also responsible for supporting and enhancing additional enterprise applications that enable digital workflows and business process improvement, including Jadu, DocuSign, Formstack, Monday.com, and Nintex Process Manager. The Enterprise Application Specialist will become familiar with supported platforms and related digital transformation tools (such as eForms, workflow automation, and integrations) while finding relevant applications of technology to solve business problems in alignment with the school’s academic mission and administrative goals. This position partners with students, faculty, and staff to ensure the successful delivery of services while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, exempt and fully remote position.
Primary responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and enhance the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform (Perceptive Content), including configuration, security, and reliability.
- Provide administration and support for additional enterprise applications, including Jadu, DocuSign, Formstack, Monday.com, and Nintex Process Manager.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of supported enterprise applications and related services, ensuring availability and performance.
- Monitor platform health and stability and issue timely alerts/communications to affected customers if problems arise.
- Serve as a business analyst to understand departmental needs, perform discovery, document requirements, and propose solutions.
- Configure and support electronic workflows, approvals, routing, and automation across supported platforms to improve business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain electronic forms and associated business logic, notifications, and routing.
- Support eSignature solutions (DocuSign), including templates, routing rules, permissions, and adoption best practices.
- Implement and maintain integrations between enterprise applications and other systems, including APIs/connectors and security permissions.
- Support and maintain scanning equipment and capture processes as needed for ECM and related workflows.
- Participate in functional and performance testing for new configurations, enhancements, releases, and integrations.
- Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and procedures for supported enterprise applications.
- Provide level 2 and 3 technical support by telephone, video conference, email, or remote support session while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Create, update, prioritize, and track customer issues/requests using a ticket system and coordinate vendor support when needed.
- Collaborate with the Information Technology team to ensure successful delivery of technology services and assist with special projects beyond daily duties.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing ECM solutions utilizing any of the major ECM platforms (ImageNow/Perceptive Content preferred).
- Experience in ECM repository design and records management practices.
- Experience abilities in workflow process design.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications such as eSignature, forms, work management, and process documentation platforms (Jadu, DocuSign, Formstack, Monday.com, Nintex Process Manager preferred).
- Basic SQL knowledge, constructing standard DML statements, basic query tuning, etc.
- Basic programming skills, specifically JavaScript and .NET.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to support ECM form design.

Salary: $115,000/year
