Roe v. Wade

With  recent anti-abortion laws (Georgia, Missouri, and Alabama) heading up to the Supreme Court, is our country heading back to an era of back-alley "medical" procedures? Werner-Simon was a guest on "Dr. G: Engaging Minds The Solution."  She explains how the Constitution has been interpreted to find privacy in the 4th Amendment's search and seizure provision and the 5th Amendment's right against self-incrimination.  She further explains how just because the words are not specifically articulated in the Constitution does not mean fundamental rights (like that of Roe) do not exist.  Listen to the full show here
