Advanced Topics and Strategies in Foundational Subjects

This one-unit January Intersession course provides students with intensive training in multiple-choice legal analysis and self-assessment strategies for the bar exam. This is an intensive skills course that provides students with hands-on practice opportunities focusing on the skills, strategies and select substantive law tested on the multiple-choice portion of the bar exam.  Multiple-choice skills are taught using select subjects and topics that are frequently bar tested. Students will have the opportunity to practice with the multiple-choice component of the Bar Exam.
