Shannon Price

Shannon Price is a dedicated student affairs professional with a decade of experience in education, communications, and program coordination. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided countless students from orientation to graduation. After serving as Southwestern Law School's Student Services Coordinator for nearly two years, Shannon brings deep institutional knowledge and hands-on experience to her new role.  Armed with a bachelor's degree in journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, she hopes to bring her own flavor of creativity to the Online J.D. Program. Her commitment to student success is rooted in a diverse career that spans international and domestic education. Her global perspective enhances her approach to student engagement in the Online J.D. program. Prior to her role at Southwestern, Shannon held key positions at The University of Texas at Austin, where she recruited, trained, and managed over 500 student leaders to welcome 40,000 incoming first-year students. Shannon is passionate about helping students navigate their academic journeys and is excited to bring her creativity, strategic planning skills, and student-centered mindset to the role of Assistant Director of Online Education.
