Tiffani Willis brings experience as an attorney, research professor, and a librarian to Southwestern. She began her legal career while a student at the University of Southern California where she worked as a member of the school’s Post Conviction Justice Project. After graduating from law school, Tiffani switched to a transactional practice, focusing on general corporate and securities law at Sidley Austin LLP. She practiced in both New York and California before pursuing a degree in library science and information studies at UCLA. While at  UCLA, Tiffani worked in various libraries, including a branch of the Ninth Circuit Court Library located in Los Angeles, the Harnish Library at Pepperdine Law School, and the Rains Library at Loyola Law School.

Though law librarianship is her second career, Tiffani has always been a librarian at heart. A lover of books and reading, she created a home card catalog long before going to library school. Tiffani reads almost any genre (except horror). If you ever need a book recommendation, stop the by Associate Director’s office.

Tiffani is an active member of library professional organizations. She served on the board of the Southern California Association of Law Libraries, and has served on multiple committees for the organization. She is also a member of multiple committees for the American Association of Law Libraries.
