Music Industry Contracts II

This course will expand on the basic skills learned in Music Industry Contracts by offering a detailed look at a collection of high-level music industry agreements and the lawyering skills needed to handle them.  Students will learn these skills via detailed line-by-line contracts review lectures given by the professor and other guest lecturing senior lawyers with vast and differing music industry experience (e.g., private practice versus in house counsel).
