Extra costs that students with disabilities may incur while pursuing legal studies are considered when determining financial need. Federal and state programs may provide additional resources.

If your living expenses exceed the average Living Expenses, you should consider completing the Budget Sheet.  This may allow you to increase your overall budget and change your financial aid eligibility.

Tuition Refund Policy

Students withdrawing before the first day of the semester, summer session, or SCALE period receive a 100% credit of charged tuition. Students dropping individual courses within the add/drop period will receive a 100% credit of charged tuition as long as they remain enrolled in school (SCALE excluded). Those students dropping courses after the add/drop period will incur a non-refundable tuition charge. Beginning with the first day of school, the charge for discontinued courses is calculated on a pro-rata basis of actual calendar days enrolled, including the day of withdrawal, divided by the number of days in the semester. Once 60% of the semester, summer session or SCALE period is completed, the student will be charged 100% of tuition.

Note: Refunds of prepaid amounts are available only upon communication notice of discontinuance and application for refund. The amount refundable is determined by the date of receipt of this communication in the Registrar's Office and is not dependent upon the student's attendance in class.
