Real Estate and Finance Association

The Real Estate and Finance Association (REFA) of Southwestern Law School is an organization dedicated to providing students with an opportunity to become actively involved in legal issues relating to real estate and finance. The purpose of this organization is to promote awareness of real estate issues and real estate rights among the association, the Southwestern Law School community, the general public, and the legal community, as well as, to increase involvement in such issues. Further, this organization aims to foster the study of real estate law through expanded curricula and materials, and to encourage responsibility and activism in the public interest by REFA members then Southwestern Law School community, and real estate law practitioners. Through REFA, students will be able to develop and gain personal and professional networking skills and relationships with other law students who are also interested in the real estate industry.

REFA seeks to maintain strong relations with Southwestern Alumni, and facilitate networking among students, graduates, faculty, and industry professionals.
