The Public Affairs Office is responsible for coordinating the law school's publications and public relations efforts. The department produces the Catalog, Faculty Guide, SWLAWNOW, Southwestern Reporter Online, and a variety of other publications, materials and scripts in support of admissions and development activities. The office promotes print and broadcast media coverage of faculty experts, faculty and student accomplishments, notable programs and events on campus through news releases and other avenues, and serves as the liaison to the media and the local community. The office also develops and oversees Southwestern's website. In addition, the Public Affairs staff provides assistance to other departments, and to faculty and student organizations in need of communication services, and maintains several display cases throughout the campus.
