3+3 B.A./J.D. Program with California State University, Northridge (CSUN)
Southwestern and California State University, Northridge (CSUN) have established a joint, accelerated multiple-degree program through which students can earn both their Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees in six years, rather than the usual seven. Students participating in the 3+3 B.A./J.D Program will have their first year of law school count as the fourth year of their undergraduate education.
J.D./M.A. or B.A./J.D. with California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH)
Southwestern has established two programs in cooperation with California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH): a joint J.D./M.A. Program, and a 3+3 Program through which students can earn their B.A. and J.D. degrees in six years.
- The Joint J.D./M.A. Program
enables graduate students to complete a J.D. degree at Southwestern
while concurrently earning an M.A. degree in Negotiation, Conflict
Resolution and Peacebuilding from CSUDH.
- The 3+3 B.A./J.D. Program allows selected CSUDH students who meet program requirements to enter law school at Southwestern after completing just three years of undergraduate study at CSUDH.
