Property Transactions Practice

Employing the transactions model, students are introduced to various substantive areas of law, as well as provided exercises of a transactions nature (e.g., negotiating a contract for the sale/purchase of real property, drafting legal description) as well as learning how to distinguish "real" and "personal" property interests in the context of meetings with senior partners in a firm. Students engage in case and statutory analysis of various hypothetical problems.
