Family Law Seminar

Description

This seminar is a combination of legal research, writing, and practical application. Students research, analyze authorities, and critique judicial and legislative solutions on current problems of interest that can arise in a marital dissolution proceeding or a probate action. In addition, students participate in mock trials/hearings on the topics researched and analyzed.

Prerequisites:

Community Property and Family Law (both or either may be taken concurrently with the seminar)
