Description

This course will examine selected legal issues faced by lawyers during the planning, production and aftermath of live events, including music festivals, concerts, and clubs. The goal is to take students through the steps and contracts that govern an event - from venue and co-production agreements to sponsorship, vendor and talent contracts to insurance, indemnifications, permits, politics and the myriad other legal problems that arise in mass events.
