Description
This course is focused on the overall management of professional services frims. Topics include: (a) basic strategy and economics, (b) client relationships, (c) human resource acquisition, development, management, and rewards, (d) partnership governance and compensation, and (e) managing the global professional services firm. The corse objective is to understand the basics of running a professional services firm and the key choices that need to be made to simultaneously make money and satisfy clients. This course is offered through the Claremont Graduate University Drucker Graduate School of Management.
