Description

An Inquiry into the ways legislation is implemented by the state and federal administrative agencies, and the relationship of administrative and other government agencies, are covered in this course. The major focus is upon the powers and procedures of administrative agencies, including the law governing judicial review of administrative action. Aspects of constitutional law that affect the administrative process are explored.

Prerequisites:

Constitutional Law I and Constitutional Law II (Constitutional Law II may be taken concurrently).
